Web Designer
Requirements
- Must portray advance skills in usability design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash and other design softwares
- Fluency in hand-coding HTML/CSS and working in a “tableless” environment
- Knowledge of JS libraries such as JQuery, Mootools, and Prototype
- Thorough understanding of web standards and validated markup
- Must be able to communicate / advise both internally and with clients in a professional manner
- Strong inter-personal and organizational skills Must be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be up to date on industry knowledge (appropriate questions will be asked at the interview).
- Experience in working with open source frameworks such as Drupal, Wordpress, CodeIgniter, ExpressionEngine, Ruby on Rails, etc
Following skills are pluses
- Hands-on knowledge of javascript / actionscript HTML5 / CSS3 knowledge and transitioning skills.
- Knowledge of search engines and online marketing Past industry related experience
- Passion in the industry and the will to self-teach and enhance in this rapidly evolving business
- Having the ability to think and being able to voice them

Sales/Account Executive Position
Webnbeyond is seeking dynamic, motivated, energetic eMarketing Account Executives for our New York office. This position would sell to medium- to large-size business including the US Fortune 1000 as well as to international firms.
Duties
- Sales goals / quota attainment
- New customer and reseller acquisition quota attainment
- Drive sales through an assigned customer base
- Outbound call prospecting for new customers and resellers Inbound sales queue participation
- Sales funnel management
- Activity reporting Other sales duties as assigned
- Skills Required Strong sales skills
- Must be able to meet or exceed sales quota consistently
- Strong relationship building skills Strong cold calling capability
- Possesses the ability to multi-task effectively Former account management experience preferred
- eMarketing Industry experience a plus
- Professional education/services sales experience In-depth knowledge of company's products pricing practices
- Effective selling skills in solution-based selling
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and presentation required
- Computer knowledge including word processing, email presentation, and spreadsheet software
